GA DECA Hosts the 2009 Fall Leadership Development Conference

Georgia DECA will be kicking the 2009 - 2010 school year off with the Fall Leadership Conference in Duluth. Hundreds of high school students will be meeting at the Gwinnett Marriott on October 15th and 16th. Students will be learning leadership skills through various workshops and keynote speakers. This year's DECA theme is "Live Learn Lead." On Thursday, members will be attending an opening session and workshops pertaining to this year's theme followed by the famous DECA dance! Friday morning, participants will attend additional leadership workshops and the conference will adjourn with the closing session. Students will be able to take back the leadership craftiness they have learned to their local DECA chapter, and to their communities. . . . Read more GA DECA news.
